Contract
Terms of Use
These terms govern the use of the Revora software.
Last updated: 18 August 2026
1. Provider and scope
Revora is provided by Christopher Heaviside, trading under the business name Heaviside Solutions.
These Terms of Use apply to the Revora web application and the associated Revora features. Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
2. Service
Revora is a digital inventory and storage management system for resellers. Its features may include, in particular, item management, storage-location management, QR workflows, import tools, sales workflows, team features and analytics.
The specific scope of the service depends on the plan selected and the service description published at the relevant time.
3. Account and contract formation
A personal account is generally required to use Revora.
For a free plan, the usage relationship begins after successful registration, any required email confirmation and provision of the Revora account.
For paid plans, the selected plan, billing interval and price are displayed before the binding paid contract is concluded.
Payment for paid plans is processed through Stripe Checkout. The Revora service itself continues to be provided by Christopher Heaviside, trading as Heaviside Solutions.
Stripe acts as the technical payment service provider for the supported payment and subscription processes. Stripe Tax uses only the tax registrations configured for Revora and the customer information collected during checkout.
4. Plans and subscriptions
Revora may offer free and paid plans with different usage limits and features.
Paid plans may be billed monthly or yearly. The selected billing period and applicable price are displayed before the contract is concluded.
An active subscription renews according to the selected billing interval unless it is effectively cancelled. Cancellation may be carried out through the subscription management provided in Revora. Where Stripe provides additional subscription-management functions for the relevant subscription, those may also be used. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the billing period already paid for.
5. User obligations
Users must use Revora lawfully and with due regard for the rights of third parties.
- Login credentials must be reasonably protected against unauthorized access.
- Users may store or import only data, images, documents and content for which they have sufficient authorization.
- Revora must not be used for unlawful, abusive or security-threatening purposes.
- Users should not store personal data or particularly sensitive data that is unnecessary for the relevant workflow.
6. Workspaces and team features
Where several users share a workspace, different roles and permissions may apply. Workspace owners and authorized administrators are responsible for the appropriate management of members and access rights.
7. External platforms and the Marketplace Companion
Revora may support workflows with external platforms. External platforms are independent services governed by their own terms.
Revora does not guarantee that external platforms will keep their technical interfaces, APIs or rules unchanged.
8. Availability and changes
Revora is operated with reasonable care. Temporary interruptions may occur, in particular because of maintenance, security measures, technical faults or outages of external infrastructure services.
Features may be further developed or adjusted provided that mandatory statutory rights and essential contractual obligations are not unlawfully impaired.
9. Intellectual property
Rights in Revora, including the software, user interface, brand elements, texts and proprietary design elements, remain with the respective rights holder.
Users retain their rights in the content and data they provide to Revora.
10. Privacy
Information about the processing of personal data is provided in the Privacy Policy.
11. Functionality, compatibility and warranty
The Revora web application is a browser-based digital service. Use generally requires an internet connection, a current web browser, enabled JavaScript and the browser storage technologies required for authentication and security.
The optional Revora Marketplace Companion is currently in Public Beta and intended for desktop Chrome. The currently supported platforms and installation instructions are described on the public Revora Marketplace Companion page.
Revora uses authentication and access controls to protect accounts and workspace data. Beyond these measures, there are currently no special technical protection measures intended to restrict ordinary contractual use of the Revora web application.
Consumers retain their statutory warranty rights for digital services. These statutory rights are not restricted by these Terms of Use.
12. Cancellation and account termination
Paid subscriptions may be cancelled through the subscription management provided.
Until a complete self-service process is available, Revora Support can be contacted at revora.konakt@gmail.com to request complete termination of a Revora account or to make a data request.
For team workspaces, ownership, memberships, subscriptions and shared data may need to be clarified before an account can be permanently deleted.
13. Right of withdrawal for consumers
Consumers have the statutory rights of withdrawal applicable to distance contracts. Further details are provided in the withdrawal information.
14. Liability
Statutory liability rules apply to consumers. Mandatory statutory claims, in particular in cases of intent, gross negligence, personal injury or mandatory consumer law, are not restricted by these terms.
Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of their own source data and for the lawful use of content stored in Revora.
15. Governing law
Austrian law applies. For consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent that it does not deprive them of mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the state of their habitual residence.
16. Complaints and contact
Questions, product-specific support requests or complaints concerning Revora or these terms may be sent to revora.konakt@gmail.com.
For payments processed through Stripe, the support and management functions Stripe provides for payment and subscription matters are additionally available. Revora remains available for questions concerning the Revora service itself.
