Information about the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers entering into distance contracts for Revora.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you may generally withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

For a contract concerning a service, the withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded.

Exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

For payments processed through Stripe, the support and management functions Stripe provides for payment and subscription matters are additionally available. Revora remains available for questions concerning the Revora service itself.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice that you are exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Beginning of the service during the withdrawal period

If you expressly request that a paid Revora service begin during the withdrawal period, the statutory special rules for services already performed apply.

If you withdraw from such a contract within the withdrawal period, you may, where the statutory conditions are met, be required to pay a proportionate amount for the service already provided up to the time of withdrawal.

An early loss of the right of withdrawal occurs only in the cases provided for by law and where the applicable statutory requirements have been met.

Effects of withdrawal

In the event of a valid withdrawal, payments received will be refunded in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions. Amounts legally due for a service that began at your express request may remain unaffected.

This withdrawal information concerns statutory consumer rights. Ordinary cancellation of an active Revora subscription is a separate matter.
