Create a real item that is currently part of your inventory rather than inventing a complicated test catalog. One real product is enough to understand the core Revora workflow.

Record the information you already know, such as title, purchase cost, marketplace context and other useful product details. The goal is to create a reliable operational identity for the item.

You do not need a large warehouse structure to begin. Create the shelf, bin or location that represents where your first physical item will actually be stored.

Use clear location names that can still make sense after more inventory is added. The first location becomes the pattern for the rest of your storage system.

Place the product in the real storage location and save that same location on the item record. This creates the fundamental connection between physical inventory and digital inventory.

From this point forward, a sale no longer requires you to remember where the product was placed. The location becomes part of the operational record.

Revora becomes easier to understand when statuses are treated as stages of work rather than labels added for decoration. The current status should explain what has happened and what may need to happen next.

Follow the first item through preparation, listing, sale, shipping and completion so you can see how active inventory differs from historical completed work.

QR codes are useful when an item becomes harder to recognize physically, especially after packing. You do not need to add QR labels simply because the feature exists.

Once you have a packed item, generating a QR connection makes the benefit much clearer: the physical package can point directly back to the correct digital record.

When the item is listed on Vinted, eBay or another marketplace, keep that selling context connected to the same physical inventory record.

This becomes especially important when products are cross-listed because one sale should change the availability of the single physical item everywhere.

When the first item sells, use its recorded location to retrieve it, verify the product, move it through the shipping workflow and eventually mark the lifecycle complete.
